Our services are based in London and Essex. We are financially accredited by the Supporting People Eastern Regional Group and we are assessed under the Supporting People Quality Assessment Framework, currently at Level B and working towards Level A.
We are currently developing new services offering flexible support packages aimed at people ready to move on from residential care, where we will be promoting recovery and maximising independence. For those ready to move on from supported to independent living, we offer floating support to aid their transition.
Our aim is to deliver the highest standards of support that we possibly can, working in partnership with key stakeholders including service users, families, professional services and commissioning authorities.
We have developed comprehensive policies and procedures and we have a quality management system to check, validate and evidence our work and progress.
