Our Services
At Aran Homes, we provide flexible, person-centered support for adults over 18 who are living with mental ill-health and learning disability needs and who require supported living services. Every individual receives a comprehensive Support Plan and a positive Risk Management Plan, carefully designed in collaboration with the service user, our dedicated staff, professional teams, and families/carers as appropriate.
Each person is matched with a nominated key worker who helps them achieve personal goals and deliver tailored support that promotes independence, safety, and wellbeing.
Referrals
Our services provide accommodation and support for adults over 18 who are considered to be vulnerable due to an established history of mental ill-health and learning disability needs, where there is an identified need for the service.
Referrals are appraised individually in accordance with our risk management procedures. Crucially, placements are offered to individuals who are willing to engage in support planning and local services in a meaningful way and who demonstrate the potential to benefit from the service.
In offering a placement we must ensure the individual’s safety, personal, social and support needs may be met whilst enabling them to be as independent as possible.
